I cooked your pumpkin and chickpea curry last night and it was delicious (even though I had to substitute for potatoes and didn’t have any garam masala in the house so had to make do without) – nice big portion too to last a good 3 meals or so. Thanks for all the inspiring (and relatively simple for those of us who aren’t so confident over the hob!) recipes. I shall continue to follow!
